April 22, 2006: 10am - Stripping of the teak boat at Don's house. Bonfire to follow.

May 20, 2006: Garage sale to raise money for the team. Need people to help set-up, sell items, cook bbq food and clean-up. If you have items to donate, please drop them off at Don's house in advance (and ensure they are priced before you drop them off).

Sat June 3, 2006: Wallaceburg Dragonboat Festival. Proceeds to the United Way and Breast Buddies (C-K Canoe Club's breast cancer survivor team). Volunteer positions needed to assist with running the race include:
    ∙ 3 timers
    ∙ 1-2 starters
    ∙ people to load the boats, etc.

Sat July 1, 2006: Chatham Dragonboat Festival at Tecumseh Park (part of the Canada Day Celebrations).   Volunteer positions needed to assist with running the race include:
    ∙ 3 timers
    ∙ 1-2 starters
    ∙ people to load the boats, etc.
